What does it cost to mint a squad?+
Zero — minting your 5-NFT squad is free. You only stake USDC when you accept a war.
Can I trade my players after minting?+
Your squad is bound for the tournament. Player rarity upgrades are permanent and live on-chain — they cannot be undone.
What happens in a draw?+
Equal scores → both sides refunded their stake minus the 5% protocol fee.
What if my opponent doesn't lock their captain?+
If a manager never locks, their squad scores with the default captain (slot 0) and default bench (slot 4).
Why Base?+
Sub-cent gas fees + 1-second blocks = fast, cheap matchday resolution. USDC is the native token.
